The 5 Questions That Change Everything
Most people spend their lives trying to think their way to better results.
I’ve found a different approach.
Each morning, before checking my phone or getting caught up in the day’s demands, I spend a few minutes asking myself six simple questions.
1. What do I want?
Not what I think I should want.
What do I actually want?
Be honest.
2. What would it do for me?
Imagine having it already.
How would your life change?
How would you feel?
3. What would be the very best part?
Keep asking until you find the deeper reason.
Usually, it’s not the money, the race time, the healed body, or the successful business.
It’s something underneath all of that.
- Freedom.
- Peace.
- Confidence.
- Connection.
- Purpose.
4. Why would that be the best part?
This question takes you another layer deeper.
Often the real goal isn’t the external result.
It’s who you become.
5. What’s slowing me down, standing in my way, or stopping me?
This isn’t about blame.
It’s about seeing clearly.
Sometimes it’s fear.
Sometimes it’s an old story.
Sometimes it’s a physical restriction in the body.
Sometimes it’s simply not knowing the next step.
6. If I could solve that and flow freely toward my goals, what would that do for me?
This opens the door.
Instead of focusing on the obstacle, you reconnect with what’s possible.
Then comes the most important part.
I stop asking questions.
I become still.
I notice my breathing.
I feel my inner body.
I don’t force answers.
I simply listen.
Then I write down whatever comes.
- One idea.
- One insight.
- One action.
Finally, I do it.
Not someday.
Today.
I’ve found that this combination of honest questions, stillness, and daily action consistently leads to breakthroughs—in healing, running, business, relationships, and life.
You don’t need to know the entire path.
You only need today’s next step.
Try this practice every morning for one week.
You might be surprised how much clarity was already inside you, just waiting for a little stillness.
