I Could Only Run 5 Minutes for 8 Months

I used to run 70–90 miles a week.

For years.

Running wasn’t exercise. It was part of who I was.

Then one day my calf went into a spasm so strong I had to stop after 5 minutes.

I assumed I’d rest a few days and be fine.

It lasted 8 months.

I did everything I knew as a physical therapist.
Everything my orthopedic friends suggested.
Stretching. Strengthening. Massage. Rest.

Nothing worked.

And that’s when I learned the most important lesson of my entire career:

The place that hurts is almost never the place that’s actually injured.

My calf wasn’t the problem.

When I finally mapped what was really happening in my body, I found the true root cause in places I never would have expected. Once I treated that, my body began to heal.

This is what I now do with runners using something I call a Myofascial Map.

Every week I see runners with:

  • calf strains that keep coming back
  • hamstrings that never feel right
  • hips that limit stride
  • plantar fasciitis that won’t quit

They are doing all the right things.

On the wrong area.

If you’re dealing with something that “should be better by now,” I want to help you — even before we meet.

Click here and enter your email.

Then send me a message and tell me exactly what you’re dealing with.

I’ll send you the same self-treatment videos I use with my private clients.

And if you want, we can meet for a free Healing Breakthrough Session where I map out what’s really going on so you can get back to running the way you want to run.

You don’t have to keep guessing why your body hasn’t healed.
