I see many “former” runners not able to run because of knee, hip and ankle pains… Sometimes the doctor has told them they have “bone on bone” joints and it’s common to hear people ask me if I have knee problems because I’ve run so many years….

I did have severe bone pain in my knee back in 2011. It took me almost 2 years to find the 1° root cause. But when I did and put the specific healing remedies in place I was back to running 3 days later… You can heal, you can get your health and life back… That’s my experience for me and the runners who find their 1° root cause.

When I see a joint that’s painful and bone pain the key question is “Why?”

I am going to give you some valuable resources that can help you. But first the big idea here.

When looking at knee pain, bone & joint pain, there’s something called joint space. The space in the joint. What do you think keeps the bones say in a knee from touching or pounding? It’s not the cartilage because they would wear out fast if it was merely a mechanical cushion.

It’s not the fluid, the synovial fluid, because think about it. When the foot hits the ground and the joint loads, the forces will make the fluid squish around the edges.

So what keeps the joint space? There’s a phenomena called Quanta. The scientific literature has shown that when the foot hits the ground, if the joint is aligned correctly there’s an instantaneous energetic puffing up of the joint space. It’s literally energy that activates like an energy cushion in that instant.

So the key is to get the joints optimally aligned and activate the joint space quanta.
