If you’ve been dealing with a chronic health challenge…. 

Chronic pain, autoimmune, running and sports injuries even though you’ve been seeing massage therapists and physical therapists and acupuncturists and chiropractors this blog can give you the key to healing and living the life you want to live.

You can think of the problem, your pains, spasms, fatigue, conditions as the symptoms.  If you have a tight muscle and you keep having to get massage but the tight muscle keeps coming back…

or you’ve got a joint in your back that keeps going out despite seeing your chiropractor each week….

or you’ve got an autoimmune or health challenge like asthma or allergies and you keep going to your doctor but all they can offer you are medications that just sort of help the symptoms but don’t cure it…

the key I’ve found is you’re looking in the wrong place.  It’s kinda like your keys… your keys are lost and you keep looking in your house … but the keys aren’t in your house.  They’re outside in the dark…. But you keep looking in your house because your lights are on there.  So if you’re dealing with a pain or problem and the chiropractor or massage therapist or doctor is not working, it could be that it’s not a muscle or joint problem or it’s not just the symptom…

Of course we’re looking for the key, your key to healing.  We want to find the right cause of the problem.  And this key has to find the right lock.  The keys to your dream car are not that useful if you don’t have the car.  

With IMT Integrative Manual Therapy we have myofascial mapping which is a way to find the primary problem.  What is it that your body is protecting you from?  Where is it and what’s the right technique to unlock it?

I’ve seen calf spasms clear up and heal when we work on the arteries and veins around the heart…. the body protecting the heart so it shows up as a calf spasm.
