Over my 40 years (yes, I’ve been a physical therapist since 1985!)….
I’ve had one test for myself to see which way to go…
which methods to study…. and master….
And the one test has always been
What Happened? What changed as a result of the session, the treatment technique?….
With this Test – ReTest idea, I was able to keep learning and fine tuning my way to true healing…..
It led me to Rolfing type structural integration work, Feldenkrais movement therapy, Cranial Sacral and Visceral Manipulation, then to IMT (Integrative Manual Therapy), Matrix Energetics, Instant Miracle and Peace Process and even ancient Qigong and Siddha Vedic traditions….
It’s been quite a healing journey for me and our clients….
With any method you can do your own test / re-test and see what changes for you. This way you can see what works for you and learn what true healing is for yourself…
