Running and walking can be amazing exercise. And we live in the
best place on earth to do this! Fairhaven trails and the Chuckanut
mountains right out our door!

As a life-long runner and a physical therapist for the past 39 years
I’ve had my share of injuries and I’ve found how to get my health and
running back.

Along the way I’ve found simple and easy to use techniques and self
treatment drills that improve running and walking form and ease.

I made a very short video here you can use. What I recommend is
walk or jog a few minutes to test how you feel. Then do this simple 3
minute self treatment exercise and re-test your walking and running.
