How To Heal Runners’ Knee and Hip Pain especially in young student athletes

I see this so often I wanted to get this to you all. Runners’ Knee Pain… Hip pain and even back pain many times has a unique root cause.

I have 2 videos here explaining this phenomena and have 3 things you can do to heal it up. Please share with coaches and runners and others who have been dealing with these types of pains, especially if they’ve been unable to run or have pain in daily life. It can make a world of difference.

Here’s the videos:

And here’s the extra links about this.

Reach out to me if you have a pain or problem stopping you from running, walking or living how you want to live. Finding the root cause… your root cause is the key to healing. I can take a look either in person here in Fairhaven, Bellingham, WA at my office or over Zoom and do a myofascial mapping assessment to find your root causes.

Let’s get out there and run!

And remember don’t overcook the training…. one or two quality days a week is plenty IMO. the rest of the days very very easy jogging and days off. Big results if we don’t overcook it and you stay healthy happy and strong. Let’s run runners.
