3-Week Healing & Performance Series for Serious Runners and Coaches

If you’re a serious runner or coach—whether you’re based in Flagstaff, Eugene, Portland, or here in Fairhaven, Bellingham—you already know how much dedication it takes to stay strong, healthy, and fast.

You’re probably already doing a lot of the right things: physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage, strength work, mobility, and great coaching. But what happens when injuries keep coming back? Or when something still feels “off” in your stride—even though everything should be working?

That’s where I may be able to help.

I’m Ralph Havens, a physical therapist with over 40 years of hands-on healing experience. I’ve worked with middle school, high school, college, and post-collegiate elite runners here in Bellingham. Now, I’m inviting a small group of dedicated runners, coaches, and running store leaders into a 3-week focused healing and performance series—designed to go deeper than conventional care.

These are powerful, gentle sessions that get to the root of lingering injuries and performance blocks.

Here’s What the 3 Weeks Include:

Week 1: Diaphragm Reset + Vascular Flow

Using Integrative Manual Therapy techniques, I work with all five diaphragms (including the IVC, SVC, and Aorta) to restore fluid balance and release deep tension patterns. This opens up the body’s natural healing and movement pathways.

Week 2: Clear the Descended Phenomena

This session addresses unresolved trauma from old head injuries, falls, or car accidents—even ones you may not remember. Clearing these patterns can create dramatic shifts in pain and recovery speed.

Week 3: Helix Biomechanics for the Spine & Pelvis

This approach targets the sacrum, pelvis, hips, and spine to improve gait mechanics and unlock smoother, longer, more efficient strides—often immediately.

Each session is just 15–20 minutes, but it’s not about the time—it’s about the depth and precision.

I’m also inviting participants to explore a simple gluten-free shift in nutrition over these 3 weeks to support bone and tendon healing and reduce inflammation from the inside out.

The Investment:

I normally charge $200 per hour for this work. For this special 3-week offering, the cost is just $200 total for all three sessions.

This is for runners and coaches who are ready to explore the next level of recovery and performance—those who know there’s more available if they can just access the right piece.

If this speaks to you—or to a runner you coach or care about—reach out and let’s talk.

Let’s help you get back to your strongest, smoothest, and healthiest running yet.
