There’s a particular kind of power that shows up when people gather in the same field of presence every day. It isn’t loud. It isn’t dramatic. But it’s steady, contagious, and it rewires everything — nervous system, habits, relationships, performance, and even how success shows up in your life.
I was in our Atomic Success Secrets healing group this morning with Mary Ann, Ilia and our amazing group of healers and seekers — and what came through was a perfect example of how simple, daily presence work transforms lives. They told stories of people arriving in grief, stuck in victimhood, or depleted from life’s blows — and by Sunday they were standing in joy, aligned with their purpose, meeting the exact people they needed, and birthing collaborations that didn’t exist before. That’s not magic. It’s presence + daily practice + community.
The real invitation: honor where you are, then move up the scale
One of the clearest threads in our conversation was this: first honor where you are. Meeting yourself without judgment is what allows real change. Mary Ann said it beautifully: people kept asking her, “How did you get to this point?” Her answer? Daily practice. A willingness to feel the shadow without getting lost in it. Non-judgmental investigation. And the simple discipline of returning to presence again and again.
What we actually do in the room (a practical template)
From the Zoom transcript, we clipped the core moves — short, precise, and totally doable:
- Bring the issue into your felt-body: pick one thing: money, love, health, running performance, or a stuck pattern. Notice the most intense point in your body.
- Follow the intensity: stay out of the looping thought-story and feel the sensation. You can touch it lightly if that helps.
- Send it love: soft, loving attention. Let it be held.
- Invert — Neutral — Now: Mary Ann’s phrase: “Invert neutral now: anything and everything that has to do with any issue or situation on my body.” Say it from your heart. Let it clear the charged story.
- Drop the pebble of joy: imagine a pebble of joy dropping into your pelvic center. Anchor into that feeling. Stay there. Breathe it into the rest of your system.
- Return to action: show up in your day from that new field. Notice synchronicities that follow.
Why community matters (and what it opens)
- Accountability: it’s easy to revert alone. Being with others keeps you in the practice.
- Pattern clearing at scale: different facilitators and group members help you access what’s stuck in different ways. It’s cumulative.
- Synchronicity: when you cultivate presence, you begin to meet the right people, opportunities, and ideas. Mary Ann’s weekend is a perfect example: small “coincidences” turned into collaborations and healed relationships.
- A safer field: rather than the fear-focused culture that pushes people around, we practice from courage, compassion, and curiosity.
