1.    Can you tell me about yourself and your work?  Your background or trainings; anything you would want others to know.
I have been a massage therapist since 2007 and have a deep passion for belly-centered treatment, which is fabulous for optimizing digestion, eliminition, reproduction and breath.  It is also great for treating pelvic bowl dysfunction, back pain, insomnia, anxiety and stress .  Lately I have had clients asking for abdominal massage for emotional release.  I am fully certified in my abdominal massage modality and am currently mentoring students of Love Your Guts Seminars.  I am also very passionate about deep psychospiritual healing and have been involved in Holotropic Breathwork since October of 2010, beginning training in 2011, which I will complete in 2017.
2.    What do you call what you do?  If you have methods it would be great to have your list of what you do.
Transformational Bodywork for a Natural You is the umbrella for Clinical Visceral Massage,
Reiki and my own brand of hands on energy healing
3.  Where a bouts do you do what you do?  office, people’s homes, over Skype, phone, other.
my office at 1200 Harris Avenue in the historic Sycamore Square Bldg.
4.   What would be the ideal client or clients for you?  type of conditions you like to treat; types of clients you enjoy seeing.
My ideal client is the one who understand that they are working along with me in their treatment.  Conditions – digestion, eliminition, reproduction, breath, pelvic bowl dysfunction, back pain, insomnia, anxiety and stress
5.  Are there certain clients you would rather not see or are there clients with certain conditions that should not be referred to you?
I am willing to work with most people and prefer to screen potential clients for specific contra-indications to my work.  Generally those who are in the acute phase are not a good canditate for my abdominal work but is certainly a candidate for Reiki healing.
6.  Is there anything else I should tell people about you or your work?
I am deeply passionate about the transformational body work I provide.

1.    Can you tell me about yourself and your work?  Your background or trainings; anything you would want others to know.
I have always been interested in art and creativity, spiritual experience and relationship with the divine as well as the desire to relieve suffering in others. This led me to a degree in Fine Art, and an MSW in psychotherapy and mental health education. From there I found frustration in not being able (this was the 70’s) to incorporate the spiritual aspects so left traditional mental health world and pursued spirituality in art and creativity for many years. I was still honoring my deeper mission to relieve suffering in others through these mediums and in 2002 discovered meridian tapping as part of my own healing journey. It helped my to clear the energetic signature of a traumatic childhood ‘near death’ experience that had plagued me for nearly 50 years. 5 years later I learned EFT and became highly skilled in using it with my students and clients. It has continued to be an important tool in my coaching toolbox. I am a Reiki Master, an ordained All-Faiths minister, and an artist and writer.
2.    What do you call what you do?  If you have methods it would be great to have your list of what you do.
I am now a Creative Life Coach. I teach and empower my students and clients to not only learn how to break through their blocks and barriers, but to become conscious creators using my Tapping into Outrageous Creativity: The Art of Having What Matters Most to You programI also teach my clients to become proficient in learning to use EFT for themselves as well as see the benefits of receiving help with difficult issues that are resistant to their own efforts with myGetting Started Packages. I offer complimentary (no charge) consultations that I call a Ray of Hope Session. In a 30-45 minute conversation, I help the client focus on the issue of distress in such a way as to begin to see the way through or around it and make suggestions for the next best step to take.
I also support individuals to make a conscious choice to become healthy by transforming their relationship to food using the 10-Day Transformation system in which weight loss is a quickly achieved side effect. This system significantly turned my life around for the better. Many people have food addiction or are emotional eaters. My experience with using EFT along with the 10-Day Transformation is an added benefit.
3.  Where a bouts do you do what you do?  office, people’s homes, over Skype, phone, other.
I work mostly by phone. I occasionally will see clients in my home or over Skype, but the phone is often the most effective as there are fewer sensory distractions and therefore focused work is more attainable.
4.   What would be the ideal client or clients for you?  type of conditions you like to treat; types of clients you enjoy seeing.
Most of my clients are women, who are feeling stuck, or are in chronic pain, distress or unable to shift their situation on their own or using other modalities. It could be physical, mental or emotion or some combination of all 3. It could be a life transition such as change in relationship, work life, divorce or death of a loved one that feels unresolvable. I also enjoy working with anyone who knows they have a creative desire to express themselves and yet are struggling to move into it in a meaningful and satisfying way.
5.  Are there certain clients you would rather not see or are there clients with certain conditions that should not be referred to you?
Clients who are dependent on health insurance to pay for services would best be served by someone who can provide it.
6.  Is there anything else I should tell people about you or your work?
My years of experience, and the highly creative and intuitive way of working allows for helping my clients grow and change for the better using unconventional and unexpectedly gentle ways that open the way for healing to happen. One of my favorite mantras is: Something Wonderful Is Happening. I feel guided in the sessions in ways I can seldom predict or imagine before we begin.
Thank you again Ralph!
