🌄 Beyond Limits: Who’s Ready for Flagstaff?

Ralph Havens — Beyond Limits Physical Therapy, Fairhaven · Bellingham, WA

We’re bringing our Helix Biomechanics & Integrative Manual Therapy approach to Flagstaff — helping runners heal chronic injuries and unlock effortless stride without heavy strengthening or stretching.

Hey everyone —Ralph Havens PT here. This is a message to my sons, to myself, and to anyone who feels that deep call to go all in — those who want to chase greatness, not just talk about it.The best in the world hang out together. They train together. They push each other. They live and breathe the dream. For distance runners, one of the most powerful places on earth for that is Flagstaff, Arizona.Next summer, we’re heading to Flagstaff. We’ll train, dream, and connect with the best — run miles at altitude, flow through tempos, and build strength that lasts. When you put yourself in that kind of environment, something inside you changes. You realize there are no limits — only layers to peel back.

Built Here in Bellingham — Ready to Level Up

At Sehome High School, under Coach Kevin Ryan and Coach Conner Johnson, runners have earned state championship titles in cross country and built a deep culture of excellence.

Through Salish Stride — the club system coached by Coach Finley and Coach Ali — local athletes have reached Nationals and competed at the Brooks PR Invitational, one of the most elite meets in the country.

With the Galbraith Track Club, Coach John Collins has helped runners earn D1 scholarships and reach their goals.

From Sehome to Fairhaven Middle School and beyond, this community is packed with heart, grit, and potential. Now it’s time to take the next step.

Healing & Performance: The Flagstaff Connection

Here’s how we help runners clear chronic injuries and elevate performance — from middle school to post-collegiate. Our work integrates Helix Biomechanics, Integrative Manual Therapy, and Descended Phenomena Technique to restore true alignment, coordination, and flow.

It’s not about stretching or conventional strengthening — in fact, rope-based hamstring stretching can cause recurring injuries. The new model restores how the body’s systems communicate so that running feels smooth, powerful, and natural.

This is the same approach we’re bringing to Flagstaff — to collaborate with coaches and help our athletes experience the kind of breakthroughs that last.

What We’ll Bring to Flagstaff

  • Mobility templates — unlock hidden performance potential
  • Descended Phenomena work — clear deep physical and energetic restrictions
