we’re starting our new Heart of Running ~ Running Group with Ralph & Jen Havens.

we’ll be using matrix energetics, wisdom healing qigong, other exercises and energetics to access the Heart of Running and of course we’ll be running in pretty places, mostly trails in San Diego and along the west coast.
