It is my thought that we have a tendency to live life fast. We constantly
drive ourselves harder and harder then wonder why we break. If you don’t
service a car every so often – get an oil change or tune up, what happens to

If we do not allow ourselves to rest or take a break from the constant
stress of life, we will break. Luckily there are things we can do to keep
ourselves from breaking down – take a vacation (even if it is just in your
home), exercise and eat right.

Also, if there is a problem (an area of pain, tightness, etc) – get it
fixed. The longer you wait, sometimes the worse the problem gets – ie. think
about a car. I encourage you all to evaluate your lives and find places
where you can take a well-needed break.
